Measure around your neck with the tape measure resting around the base of the neck.
Place one finger between the tape measure and your neck.
Measure around the widest part of your chest; this is usually just beneath your armpits. Relax and breathe normally with your hands by your side.
Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around Natural Waist; it is usually an inch or two above your belly button.
Measure around the widest part of your stomach; this is usually across your belly-button. Breathe normally and relax whilst taking this measurement.
Measure around the widest part of your buttocks.
Measure from one shoulder point to the other. We strongly suggest you try on a shirt you already like and take note of the seams.
NOTE: You will use the shoulder points as a base to measure your sleeve length. Your shoulder points should be measured where you would like your shoulder and sleeve seam to be.

Measure from the point where the main body of the back meets the back of the armpit, around the widest part of the back to the other armpit / back point; do NOT take the measurement from under the armpit.
Measure from the point where the chest meets the front of the armpit, around the widest part of the chest to the other armpit / chest point; do NOT take the measurement from under the armpit.
Measure from the top of your shoulders quite close to the neck, down the front of your body to your natural waist. NOTE: This must be smaller than your "Length to Stomach" measurement.

Measure from your shoulder point (where you measured your shoulder width from) along the outside of your arm down to your wrist.
Ensure that your arm is bent to approximately 90degrees.

Measure around the widest part of your bicep with your arm relaxed. Take this measurement with your hands by your side
Measure around the widest part of your wrist, place a single finger between the wrist and the tape measure.
If you are wearing a pair of trousers, have the person measuring you stand side on at your trouser belt level.
Look to see if the front of the trousers are worn at a different height to the back of the trousers. Measure the difference in height.
Measure from the top of your shoulders quite close to the neck, down the front of your body to the point at which you would like the shirt to end; this is usually the point where you measured your seat.
We strongly suggest trying on a shirt you already like and making note of where it ends
Measure from where the suit ends up to the point where the shoulder meets the lapel.
